Race Bib Collection & Shipping
Please Note: Bib collection will NOT be available on race day.
You have two options to get your bib:
1. In-Person Collection (Free)
- We will host an official bib collection in the days leading up to the race.
- Dates, times and locations will be announced closer to the event.
- You must collect your bib at this time (or have a friend collect it for you).
2. Bib Shipping (Paid Service)
- If you can't make it to the in-person collection, you must purchase "Bib Shipping" to have your bib mailed to you.
- Bibs are sent via Australia Post and are expected to arrive in the last week before the event.
- This service is only available for addresses within Australia.
Please read these conditions before purchasing bib shipping:
- DEADLINE: Bib shipping must be purchased by 28 June.
- MATCHING PROFILE: You must purchase this using the runner name and eventplus profile that you purchased your race entry under, so we can match all provided information.
- FINAL ADDRESS: Please use the address you will be at in the week before the event. If you are traveling, in-person collection may be safer.
- NO WAITLISTS: Do not purchase this if you are on the waitlist.
- NO TRANSFERS: Bib shipping is non-refundable and does not transfer if you later transfer your entry.
- BIBS ONLY: We cannot ship bibs and tees together.
What if my bib doesn't arrive in time?
If Australia Post is delayed, we will have a very limited number of spare bibs on race day.
