You asked for it… and we delivered. After the insane success of last month’s charity challenge, we’re cranking up the intensity and bringing you something brand new, straight out of the fire and into the ice: GRIND & FREEZE at The Hallway Gym!
Open to members and non-members we’re teaming up with The Hallway Gym in Burswood to bring you a fitness event like no other a six-hour battle of endurance, grit, and teamwork. In teams of four, you’ll divide and conquer the grind by rotating through cardio, pushing through the burn, and keeping the momentum alive.
But that’s not all ... every single hour... every single teammate will have to take on the ultimate mental challenge… an ice bath plunge! Think you’ve got the mindset to handle the cold? There’s only one way to find out.
And just when you think you’re in the groove, we’ll be throwing in surprise challenges to keep you guessing and push you even further.
