TERM 3: GET READY FOR ATHLETICS CARNIVALS​
Welcome to Term 3 "Trackstars" at Perry Lakes with our Trackstars community & Perth's leading coaches.
This term at Perry Lakes sessions last 55 min and aim at preparing all children for School Athletics Carnivals with the coaches targeting Sprints, Starts and Running Technique to increase the athletes' confidence for carnival day. Training will target sprints, middle distance, jumps, pacing & relays!
Front Runner Trackstars program holds a firm focus on developing correct running technique and fundamental movement patterns and building all-round fitness in children of all ages and abilities. Teaching children at a young age the Skill of Running, will stay with them for the rest of their lives.

- Commencing Tuesday 25th July, 2023 and continuing for 8 weeks
- Priced at only $140.00 for 8 weeks
- Choose from the following age groups:
- 6-9 years Shooting Stars
- 10-12 years Superstars
- Start at Perry Lakes Parklands meeting at access road 50m from Corner of Stephenson Ave & Perry Lakes Drive adjacent to kids playground
