An epic 20km(ish) run from Whakapapa to Turoa Ski Fields along the legendary Round the Mountain track. With over 1,000 metres of vertical ascent, The Goat course isn’t for the faint-hearted. You’ll run, clamber, crawl, and slide your way through mud, tussocks, alpine streams, waterfalls, and vertical rocky terrain – but the stunning natural environment makes every challenging step worth it.

A special trail run just for young people aged 5-16 as part of The Goat Tongariro Adventure Run and follows a 3.2km trail in the Mangawhero Forest in Ohakune, on an off-road track that loops around the forest with surprises along the way, and finishes under the official events archway.
